Monte Vista Hills Health Care Center is a completely renovated, rural nursing home located in the heart of Pocatello. We provide outstanding loving care to our small family of residents in a convenient and quiet setting, just minutes from Portneuf Medical Center, Idaho State University, shopping, and I-15.
We feature 113 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping, laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
